INTERVAL TRAINING - High-Intensity Interval Training on the CycleOps bikes informed by Kirk’s 30+ years of racing and coaching World and National Champion athletes.
Interval sessions on the CycleOps offers amazing cross-training for runners, dragonboat paddlers, and rowers too! Local, National and World Champion athletes utilize these classes to increase leg speed, strength and power but these classes will benefit anyone who wants to be healthier, live longer and perform better.

Private, Duet and Trio sessions on the Pilates apparatus are available by appointment. Our Pilates sessions are designed to increase core strength, stability on the bike and maximize pedal efficiency by increasing flexibility.
We also cater to those in need of functional rehabilitation, having worked with clients healing from hip replacements, breast cancer surgery, knee surgery, sciatica, and broken bones. Pilates balanced approach makes it a safe and effective method to regain strength and control.
