Kirk has been racing for over 30 years and is a 3 time World and multiple time National Champion sprinter on the track. For 20 years, Kirk has been coaching athletes to their own national and World Championship victories. His clients include track, road, criterium, cyclocross and mountain bike cyclists, Ironman competitors, dragon boat racers, runners and simply, people who want to be in the best shape of their lives! Kirk is a tireless innovator -- constantly researching and blending new information into his training strategies. Success is what drives Kirk.

Jenny grew up participating in gymnastics, springboard diving, soccer and dance. After graduating from the UO, she moved to New York City to pursue her passion for dance with Ned Williams in the Dunham Technique. In 1999, Jenny became a certified Pilates instructor through Power Pilates under the guidance of master instructors Phoebe Higgins and Susan Moran-Perich and later with the renowned Kathy Grant at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. In 2001, Jenny and Kirk opened their first studio in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Jenny incorporates her many years of teaching movement and training in anatomy, pre & postnatal Pilates, Parkinsons Regeneration Training and the Reembody Method as needed with her clients for a challenging and balanced workout.
Morgan Moore brings over 25 years of experience in movement. She started dance training in high school and trained actively until completing a BA in Dance and Arts and Letters from PSU in 1991. She earned a complete certification in The Pilates Method from Body Balance LLC in Chicago in 2001. Her training and influences also include: Feldenkrais, Alexander Method, Jiu Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, and Thai massage to name a few. Morgan was hired to create and teach seminars for Mixed Martial Arts students in Baltimore, New Jersey, Los Angeles and both Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa. Morgan enjoys working with people as a whole, building relationships and developing and achieving goals for the body and the mind together, “mens sana in corpore sano,” a sound mind in a sound body.
